Best service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I took my car into see Tabitha after I was given a quote for $1200 to fix it!!!!!! Tabitha personally took a look at my car and let me know that it only needed $300 to fix my problem!!!! I had been dealing with this issue for almost 2 years until Tabitha came to my resque.
Thank you Autotech for having such wonderful people at your locations.I`ll never go anywhere else again!!!!

Dishonest!!

I brought my vehicle to them 3 times to fix a transmission fluid leak. The first time they told me it was the transmission pan gasket. They replaced it for me that night the leak was 10 times worse then before. I brought it back and waiting 2-4 hours per time and then they told me that it was an O ring. I said okay they replaced it. That night same thing, leaking all over the drive way. I crawled underneath the ... view morevehicle with a flash lite and looked at the trans pan gasket. The gasket was ripped and the fluid was clearly leaking out of the front of the gasket. I took it in again they callled me and told me that the trans housing was cracked. I went up there and asked about the leaking gasket and they told me it was not leaking from there, it was completely dry. I explained again what I saw and they basically told me I was crazy. I crawled under the vehicle at thier office and the gasket was fixed. Both the manager and the tech told me they never touched it. The vehicle is home now with no leaks. I guess it fixed it self!!!! NEVER GO HERE!!!

Expensive & Predatory

I took my car in to get smogged, but I wasn`t sure it would pass because my engine light was on, which I told them about. They said they had no way of knowing without running the machine on it. So the smog test comes back a FAIL, the main reason being that the ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON! Thanks for sticking it to me! To add insult to injury, AAMCO quoted me $300.00 less for the required repairs to get it to pass smog.

For years, my father used Ted Wiens for his service. When I moved to town, I joined him until they wanted 1,000 for a front axle, etc., plus told me my back shocks were leaking and needed to be replaced. I had a second opinion at Auto Tech and was told that my lug nuts were lose and back shocks were not leaking. I wrote a nasty letter to Ted`s and got a call from the general manager. He had the manger of the location... view more call, who told me his diagnosis was correct. It has been 2 years and no problem. Auto Tech became my service center. I highly recommend these folks to you. Have had tons of work done there. Recently, they fixed an issue with my vehicle at no charge. It was a re-built part that was not officially under warranty, but they backed it anyway. I use the shop on Sahara at Durango. 5 stars!

Like having a brother in the auto repair business

Auto Tech on Tropicana is just the best. The manager, Tom, makes you feel completely taken care of, truly like having a relative behind the counter. As a girl it`s often uncomfortable to have trouble with your car, how can you know they`re not taking advantage of you? Not at Auto Tech. My Check Engine light was on. Uh oh, that could be bad. I`ve referred several people to Auto Tech and they`ve all had nothing but good experiences.
