So far so good I`ve taken my linxoln to get airspings installed on the front. I called to get a price before going and I got an amazing quote. At the end of day the manager Brian took me home and I was a little curious the price he quoted me was to be done same day... when he dropped me off I asked if this was gonna change outcome of total. He ststed no I under quoted I gave you a price and thats gonna be that. Fantastic Place

I went to Just Brakes yesterday and got a quote for $899.31. Today, I went to Honest-1 and spoke with the owner before driving over there. After having an extremely bad experience at the other place, I was pretty desperate. They went out to look at it, took their time and came back like 10 minutes later and thoroughly explained what needed to be replaced. Not only that, but the shop manager, Brian was willing to listen to my ranting and was friendly the entire time. I will be taking my van back there for anything that I cannot work on myself and for as long as I live in Vegas. Good job, Rich, for running a fantastic shop!

Not a good initial review

We took our Honda Odyssey in for a 60k tuneup and only a few days later we`re having all kinds of problems with the transmission. It`s slipping out of gear while driving and not moving at all, then it will catch and start going again. We weren`t having any problems before we took it in. I`m taking it back to see what they will do and will re-post afterwards.

It couldn`t have been easier...

Pat Mowery and his crew, located at 4665 Ann Road, definitely know what great customer service is! I called just after 5 PM on a Friday with major brake issues and was given a extremely convenient appointment time of 9:30 - 9:45 AM Saturday morning to fix the problem on a Mercedes S500. What a pleasant surprise. I called at 8:30 AM Saturday to confirm that they carried DOT 4 brake fluid. Conveniently located in... view more the Northwest side of town, the parking lot was a little ackward simply because they were so busy when I arrived. (A good sign) The customer waiting area was full yet still quite homey. There were three of us standing at the counter being helped by the same guy at the same time. Nice to see multi-tasking works -- while one customer is reviewing his paperwork, another customer was dropping off her keys, and I`m filling out my work-order with contact information. The Office is quite different than what I`m use to. It was clean, organized, comfortable looking chairs, a small kid`s play area, a nice color TV with good reception, and an Internet station with a friendly notice inviting customers to use their computer. The only thing missing was a Starbuck`s Espresso machine. -smile- Pat gave me a ball-park estimate over the phone Friday and was within $15 when I received the bill. I didn`t ask for a firm estimate when I dropped off the car as I felt comfortable with his tone of voice and his friendliness at both the front door and in the office. What a great experience. Their work was more affordable than the local Mercedes shop down the street which couldn`t work on the car until Monday and half as much as the dealership wanted to change me for a Wednesday AM appointment. Honest Auto, not Purrfect Auto, no way no how.

I really enjoyed the people at Honest Auto. I feel as if I was not ripped off, like I did when I took my car to purrfect Auto. The people are great. They treat you like family instead of a customer. They are just amazing. I don`t mind waiting on my car with the treatment that I recieve from them. I get everything done with them, from oil changes to major work on my car. I used to let the Nissan dealership work on my ... view morecar, but since I`ve found Honest Auto. I honestly wouldn`t go anywhere else. The shop is always clean, the people are always friendly, and the prices are reasonable. Bring your car to Honest Auto and not Purrfect Auto.

Best Repair Shop On The Planet

I never thought I`d be writing a review about anything less known,an automotive repair service. However, these guy`s are not just a repair service. They`re good people. I`d passed thier shop on several occasions and looked at the sign and said to myself, ""yea right"" Until this morning I didn`t think there was a HONEST
repair service on the planet. But, Honest-1 Auto Service at 4665 Ann Rd. showed me just how wr... view moreong I was.
They told me what the problem was in a way that I had a complete understanding. Told me what the cost of repair would be, which was much less than I expected. They even went as far as help me initiate a plan with the finance company to get the car repaired.

So, save yourself some time and some money. Go see Pat Mowery or any of the guys at HONEST-1 and go home with some peace of mind. I will certainly not even consider using anyone else from this point on.
I recommend them highly.

Take Your Car to Honest-1 Auto Care!

I wouldn`t take my car anywhere else. Honest-1 Auto Care has the best mechanics, and they are so nice and friendly. I love their shops, because they are so clean. They`re the best!
