I purchased a vehicle and two months later GMF filed bankruptcy. I tried contacting the bankruptcy several times leaving voicemails with my name and contact information yet to this date have received no further contact/ information. What is going on with the titles to the vehicles? I have heard plenty of customer reviews stating that they paid this place and never received a title so I am curious to find out if GMF a... view morectually had the majority of the titles to the vehicles they `owned` and sold. I still have no idea what to do about this? Does any former customer know any information?

Not credible

I purchased a 91 MBZ E300 from this company, three weeks later the engine went out. Can you imagine!! They wouldn`t fix the car or give me back my money. So I made a deal that if I replaced the engine they would knock off the cost from my balance I owed. They financed the car along with a trade-in. I made all the payments now I can`t get my title!! About a week ago I did purchase a 00 Honda Civic, I put down $1500 and financed the rest. Needless to say I HAD NO CREDIT, but I got approved. I don`t know, but I did not have any bad experience with GMF. Car runs ok, I can build up my credit again, so it ia all good.

WARNING: DON""T GET TAKEN LIKE I DID

I bought a 95 4Runner two months ago. Ran fine for 4 days (less than 100 miles driven) and the engine completely blew. Because there are no lemon laws they wouldn`t help. They wanted the money for the new engine upfront after I`d given them all I had as a down. I even asked if they would throw the cost into my financing and they said no. I did sign a contract but a car should run more than 100 miles before break... view moreing down completely. They don`t return calls unless you owe them money. I asked them to trade it out for something else, refund my money, or finance the repairs and they wouldn`t do any of them for me. I believe the inspection docs were altered so it would look good on paper. I`ve heard from locals that they`ve been screwing people for years. Don`t be one of them! I would give them 0 stars if possible.
