Expensive, slow and uncaring service department

This applies to the service department only. I had a fuse blow while driving my daughter`s car and couldn`t find the fuse box. I stopped in the service department to ask if they could either change the fuse or if they were busy, show me where it was. They said they could take care of it. They replaced the fuse, charged me a staggering $125.00, took 90 minutes, and then after I was done, it took 15 minutes for the... view morem to bring my car up front. When I asked why it was taking so long to get the car, they just shrugged. No one seemed to care much. On the plus side, they have a great waiting room with a big screen TV.

Gaudin is Terrible and Dangerous

I had my car serviced at Gaudin and they wanted to send me out the door with only 2 lug nuts on my front wheel drive car. When I pointed this out to the service manager he told me they did not care about the hazard this created for me and others on the road. They refused to do anything until I walked on to the show room floor and started telling everyone not to buy cars there because their service department would ... view moreget them killed.
