***************PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY******************* They will take your money and make arrangements with you and then when it benefits them they screw you over. We were one payment behind but had a verbal agreement with the manager and yet they repo`d our car and then said in order to get our stuff back we had to pay them $1460 plus $1000 repo fee!!!! We were only one payment of $200 behind a... view morend it wasn`t even 2 full weeks behinnd. The person who we had the agreement with got fired and so now nothing is in agreement anymore and can`t be verified. We told them we would pay the late payment to get the truck and and we were told no we were not going to get it back, that we were S.O.L. We were cussed out on the phe, hung up repeatedly, nd threatened that if we kept calling that wew were never going to get anything back. We have asked for owner`s phone numbers or general mangers and all the employees say they do not know who is in charge. *****SO PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY*****

RIP OFF WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!!! RUN!!!

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! WHEN YOU GO IN THE MAKE IT SEEM SO EASY AND CONVENIENT TO GET A CAR. I WAS IN AND OUT. HE TOLD ME THEIR MECHANIC TAKES A LOOK AT THE CARS AND APPROVES EVERYTHING IS OK. HE SAID MY CAR AN IZUZU TROOPER WAS IN AN EXCELLENT CONDITION. YET THE SAME SAY I DROVE IT OFF THE LOT MY TIRE BLEW. ALSO NOT EVEN A MONTH LATER MY CAR TURNS OFF ON THE FREEWAY. They guy`s sold me a vehicle told me it was in excelent shape a month latter the motor blew up, they are smooth talkers and very nice smiles, until you sign the as is form than they avoid you.We will see in court and there record is not good; ask the owner if he ever heard of 28 street and wacth his reaction.

I had fallen behind a couple of payments and needed my car in order to get to work. I called and explained that i knew i was behind and that if they could work something out with me. The management told me that they would help as long as I kept on paying as much as i could when each payment was due. Because of their help i was able to keep my car and keeping paying until i was cought up. I don`t know what i would do ... view morehad they not worked with me. Total scam artists!!!!

This place is horrible. I financed a Hyundai that they told me was in excellent condition. It started running bad within a week. It was un drivable so I lost my job. They hav e now repoed it and are asking me for more money!!!

TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT, I SUED KARLA`S KARS OVER A TRUCK I PURCHASED ON PAYMENTS. AFTER GOING IN FRONT OF 2 JUDGES, WHO BOTH FOUND IN FAVOR OF ME, THEY WERE ORDERED TO PAY ME BACK $2,000.00 + $60 IN COURT COST. THAT WAS OVER 9 MONTHS AGO, AND STILL I HAVE NOT BEEN PAID!
