They were so helpful! We were traveling through las vegas and needed a new wheel for our 5th wheel. We sent a picture via phone and they had it in a few hours. They had the tire mounted and we were on our way in less than 10 minutes. The price wasn`t outrageous - I would recommend them highly!

Paid for an incomplete Job

I heard a lot of good reviews about this place so i thought I`d give it a try. I emailed them first to see if my rim was able to be repaired. I received a response within in a. hour. It read ""it shouldn`t be a problem"". So i dropped off the rim and the manager looked hesitant to take the rim but decided to anyway. I come back the next day to look at the rim. Cosmetically it was ugly, but i was going to get them ref... view moreinished anyway. so that wasn`t my main concern. But I asked the manager ""THIS WILL ROLL STRAIGHT RIGHT?"" He then paused and said, ""you might want to put this in the back."" He then proceeded to give me a discount.... I don`t understand this logic. I didn`t ask for a discount... so the reasoning behind him giving me the discount was to hide the fact that they in fact didn`t fix my rim. i don`t mind paying full price if you in fact did the job that you said you would do. but after getting it mounted... it doesn`t roll straight and is USELESS. I would of liked a straight forward answer that told me that they couldn`t fit my rim. it would of saved me time and money.. now i have to try to find some other business to fix there mistake.

Great Service

Took my chance and headed over to have my rim looked at.Best move I ever made. Pleasant and helpful, no appt. and was in and out in no time.Car rides so so much better like it was when it was new.Though I hope I don`t need them anymore...it`s good to know there are still some honest people around doing a great job.

I had a good experience once b...

I had a good experience once before at hubcap annies but this last time was not a good one at all. I had a blowout a few days and the blowout caused my hubcap to bend. When I called, the guy i spoke to on the phone asked me how many spokes there were on the hubcap. When I told him 5, his response was "are you sure you counted right? They only come in 6 or 7 spokes." Like I can`t count?? After he figured ... view moreout that he was wrong and they did have a 5 spoke hubcap, I told him I needed to purchase 2 new tires for the front of my car. He gave me a price for everything, I came in and had everything put on my car. 3 months later, I am now having to purchase 2 more tires for the front of my car again becasue apparently, they sold me bad tires. When I called and told them this, they made it seem like it was my fault. I dont suggest using this place if you want quality tires.

I can`t speak for wheel re...

I can`t speak for wheel repairs, but their used wheels are AWFULLY expensive. When I inquired about a set of used Scion tC wheels for my `03 Toyota Matrix, they not only unflinchingly quoted me a price of $700, they insinuated that I would be a fool to shop around. Well, guess what? I found an even nicer set of NEW 16" wheels at Pep Boys, wrapped `em in a quartet of Futura tires (the "house brand" ... view moreof Pep Boys tires is made by Goodyear, and they happen to be a good product for the money, so don`t laugh), and had `em mounted, balanced, and aligned on the car for $800. I`m not saying anyone else`s experience at Hub Cap Annie will be identical to mine, but like my mama told me, "You better shop around..."

Great Guy!

While I was in Las Vegas Last Jan, I must have hit the only pot hole there causing a flat tire and bending the rim. I was told by someone that there is a place called hubcap annies and that he could help me! I went down there and let`s just say he is a very honest person and I would deal with him anytime!!

Very Honest Business...

Very honest business. They fixed my bent wheel while I waited and charged me exactly what they said they would. It is refreshing to find a business you can trust these days. If you have a missing hub cap or need a wheel repaired this is the place to go. Don`t let the appearance or location fool you.

Fast, friendly, great result!

I was very upset when I damaged my alloy wheel that I only had for 3 months. I was desperate to get it fixed, so I took it to Hubcap Annie`s in Las Vegas, NV and was in and out of their office within 30 minutes. No appointment, no hassle, nothing! I was very happy with the repair job on the alloy wheel and honestly did not notice the damaged area that had been fixed till I brought my car home and looked at it in the... view more bright sunlight.
