My experience with the salesman was pretty good. I went into finance and the Finance Manager lied and snuck in several warranties. I caught him once on the initial signing and was able to correct it ($900 warranty that I stated I did not want). I then went home after work and reread my paperwork and found the guy put on a warranty for $2,000 making it a 10yr 100000mile warranty. I specifically said I did not want th... view moree warranty but through the way he delivered it he lied and said Hyundai motor finance stated in order to get the 3.9% I had to get the warranty. I called Hyundai and they informed me that they NEVER require any additional warranties. Again I had to return to the dealership and this time I spoke to someone higher up. The dealership agreed to buy back my approved deal and readjust it to where it should have been in the first place. I originally went to the dealership and wanted a car for $350/mo. I stepped up due to some negative equity and based on the price I was quoted agreed to $415/mo. The most ridiculous thing is that had they actually told the truth, the salesman would have got a good survey and the dealership would have earned a loyal repeat customer. After all is said and done my payment is $365 and the Finance Manager (JP) can go f*ck himself! Henderson Hyundai is nothing more than a typical snake in the grass dealership! Good job! I hope this is the survey you wanted! It is definitely the one you earned! I have already told all of my friends to avoid!

Awful service center. Damaged more then they fixed, and was a nightmare to deal with. Will never recommend them to anyone again. The customer service throughout this whole ordeal was abysmal. I am now out 200+ because they can`t do a simple repair. They didn`t even tell me about the damage until after the car was returned. Obnoxious gongs. Pushy salesmen. Classic bait & switch sales tactics. If I could give 1/2 star or none at all, I would do so. ***WARNING - THIS WILL BE MY WORST REVIEW EVER*** Last Saturday, my husband & I go in to look at a 2011 Scion. The sales guy was literally standing at the entrance and waived us in. When we walked inside it was the same old spiel. "Well, maybe, let me check with my manager..." an hour & 1/2 later we tell them look, give us this & we`ll sign right now. They said no. We left. Monday - the salesman Ali calls me three times. The 3rd time I thought it was a work call so I answered it. I tell him I found an older model that I like better and that I`m not really in love with the car anyway. He proceeds to talk... long story short after another phone call & a few texts, he agrees to give us the price we asked for on Saturday as well as match my trade-in price that another dealership gave us. So I said I`d come in after class and sign. I drive 30 miles (one way!!!!) down to the dealership, take another test drive of the car & waste another 45 minutes in which Ali tells me that he can`t match the trade-in price. I told him that`s not what he said in his text & that`s the reason I drove all the way down here so if he can`t give me that then thank you for wasting my time, give me my keys back and good day. He disappears for a few & another guy comes over to talk to me. I tell him the same thing multiple times - "I drove all the way down here because Ali told me he could give me that deal and if he can`t then that`s all. I don`t want to bargain, I want the deal that he promised me." I went down the street and bought an older model (2008) TC from Carmax. Thanks for being the biggest waste of time ever, Henderson Hyundai Superstore.

Visited couple of times being ...
Visited couple of times being only Hyundai service in and around south Las Vegas. My colleagues weren`t recommending and stating that this service center is not good for any kinds repairs. Still i went ahead and gave car servicing for 2 times. It is clear that their repair engineers are not really in a position to perform any repairs. I should have listen to my colleagues.

This center good for minor and...
This center good for minor and very small services like oil changes. When it comes to repairs like transmission issues, tire alignment/balancing, brake issues, air conditioning issues, the technical staff is not well trained to address such moderate and major issues. This is only authorized Hyundai service in south Las Vegas. Though it takes little while to reach other service center, i recommend to go other service ... view morecenters to get moderate and bigger repairs done. This service center is good for oil changes only.
