We`ve been using The Body Shop, Inc. a couple of times. They`ve been very prompt when they say that the car`s going to be ready. No if`s, and`s or questions. My car was backed into and The Body Shop of Reno Sparks helped me get all the parts that I needed and made sure that I would be satisfied. There was a delay in getting the parts that I needed, so I wasn`t able to get my car in time for a trip so they actually drove me to and from the airport! I got dinged by someone who was backing out of a parking spot, and The Body Shop of Reno Sparks was recommended by the insurance company. I followed through with them and everything worked out to our advantage. There was not much time lost before the job was done and the workmanship was good.
