This is the WORST Transmission shop in Las Vegas. The owner is SSooooooo untrustworthy. They say that they do work that they actually don`t do. This experience was one for the books. If you like honest and good work - this is not the place to go. On a scale of 1-10 - I would give them a 3. No hard feelings but I don`t want the next person to waist time going through what I already went through.

I wish there was a way to rate...

I wish there was a way to rate them with negative stars. They "repaired" a transmission. The transmission started giving us problems within a couple of days. It was leaking most of the transmission fluid. The vehicle was taken back but they continue to find one excuse after another as to why they are not able to repair it. Israel`s has kept the vehicle for a week now and still no resolution. Please stay... view more away from them. They seem like a legitimate repair shop and act professional only at the beginning. They lack the qualified personnel to do the repairs correctly. If they screw up or can`t get the job done right, they will blame it on the type of vehicle. Again, please stay away and go with a dependable transmission repair shop. The cost difference is not worth the aggravation of dealing with them. STAY AWAY. BTW, the positive reviews are fabricated by owners! They are the same people on all the rating websites and made the same day.

AWESOME SHOP WITH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

AWESOME SHOP WITH GREAT PEOPLE! VERY HONEST SHOP! I`ve taken all 3 of my cars there for transmission services and had all 3 transmissions rebuilt. Not only do they always try to help me out, but I have referred a lot of people and can`t complain with the fast and friendly service. It`s a family business and they will not charge you an arm and a leg with or without this bad economy. CAN`T BEAT THE PRICE! I`ve... view more called around to chain shops like Aamco and other places, but they always beat prices! They go out of their way to help me out and I would never rely on the bad reviews. I noticed it`s usually people trying to get work done for free. I live in Henderson and they came to the house to check it out for me. The shop is on the other side of town. Where can you get customer service like that? This place is the only place you will always get help like that. My dad used to take me as a kid to this shop and the shop is the same old school shop with the same and only owner that knows me by name. GREATEST SHOP IN VEGAS!

As a woman, it`s hard for me to walk into shops and hope they don`t try to rip me off. I felt better as soon as a lady named Maria asked me if I needed help. Ends up being, she was the owner`s wife. She made me feel as if she was my mom! I brought my dad with me and he only speaks Spanish and guess what?! She speaks Spanish also! They totally helped me out with how my Honda was acting up and gave me lots of sug... view moregestions. I went through my insurance company and they worked completely with them. They kept me more updated with the process than the insurance company! I wish there were more places like this. My parents have taken their cars there and have referred their friends. Our friends can`t believe that Maria is as helpful as Israel, her husband. If I have any questions, I will call them and see if they can help me. If they can`t, they`ve referred me out to someone that can. Thanks so much Israel and Maria. I`m glad I found such a reliable shop with great honest people. BEST BEST BEST BEST!! People commenting negatively may have mental problems. This shop is the BEST! Maria told me they use to do payment plans and let people leave with their cars, then they never showed pay their balance. So they had to stop, because it was getting ridiculous. Thanks you non-paying balances people for ruining it for everyone else that actually needed the help -- BECAUSE I REALLY NEEDED IT! Luckily, they helped me out regardless. That tells you what kind of family-owned business they are with family values.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!!!!!

We took our car to Israel`s Transmissions to get the transmission fixed. We assumed that since they specialize in transmissions, they would know what they were doing, and paid $1,500 for the repair. After nearly 2 weeks without our car, we received it back and were told that it was fixed. Within a day or two, the transmission problems returned. We called, and were told that since they do not offer cash refunds, t... view morehat we would have to bring the car back in so that they could fix the transmission problem right this time.

WE HAVE HAD TO TAKE OUR CAR BACK 3 TIMES within the past 3 months, each time having our car gone for around 2 weeks, and each time having the car returned and told that they got the problem fixed this time for sure. Each and every time the transmission problems return within 2-3 days of driving the car, and each and every time we are told that we just have to bring our car back in again and again until they can get it right???

They have now said that we have to bring the car back for a FOURTH TIME!?!?!?!?! so that it can be fixed again since they still have not fixed our transmission. Four times in 3 months?? This is the worst place ever- please do NOT take your car there!!!!!!!!!

VERY IMPRESSIVE..........

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THERE WORK, THEY HAD ME IN AND OUT WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY. THEY ARE EXPERIENCED AND VERY ATTENTIVE TO DETAIL. EVEN AFTER MY REPAIRS THEY WASHED MY VEHICLE AS A COURTESY WHICH I WAS VERY GREATFUL AND SURPRISED. OVERALL A+

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS SHOP!! I HAVE ONLY DEALT WITH THEM ON TWO OCCASIONS BUT AFTER MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM TODAY, I JUST HAD TO SHARE IT!! I WENT TO THIS SHOP AFTER ANOTHER ONE HAD ALMOST DESTROYED MY VEHICLE. THEY DROPPED ME OFF AND PICKED ME UP AND MY CAR WAS DONE IN 3 HOURS!! NO BAIT AND SWITCH !!
