At all levels this is the body shop all others should aspire to be. After an exemplary experience in August 2012 I returned in Feb 2013 and Gustavo determined that I could get my work done under warranty (because it had been extended for this part) at the dealer then he called a contact he had at the dealer and arranged it for me. You tell who does that for a customer - someone that gets repeat business, mine!

Honest advisor. Tried to fix my issue with other shop
I had a nightmare of an experience with car repair through the `Desert` auto shops,service on Sahara. They kept telling me the severe vibrations were normal and to `prove` to them that it was caused by their repair.
I took it to Image Makers to fix the problem, met with Denny D., who tested the car, felt the problem and then got on the phone with the dealership management and asked them to fix my issue. There are... view more many scammers in the vehicle business, but atleast Denny D at Image Makers was not one of them, and tried to `solve` the problem.. not rip me off further.
