Out of date review!

When this review was written it was absolutely true. However since than the business has been sold to a different owner who is a complete prick and has totally jacked up prices. It cost a $129 to dignosis my car before it used to cost about $60 and they would usually fix my car or it least give it serious effort. When I paid a $129 I got nothing but a bill to fix my car it came in for $260.88 which was reasonable ... view moreso I said order the parts and have them ready. They didn`t order the parts and where not ready on top of that they raised the price on me to do it to $358 which was unreasonable. There are 2 other Auto Mechanics in the Truckee area that will be getting more business if they don`t shape up soon.

Great Service

Some people say that customer service is dead. I don`t think so. I had some work done on my Mustang here and I don`t think I ever met a nicer bunch of guys ever. They agreed to take my car even though it was very near closing. They were exceptionally courteous. While performing the work on my car one of their technicians discovered a screw in my tire which was leaking air pretty badly. They called a tire shop in town... view more who was also at closing time and said I was a good customer of theirs and could they repair a tire for me. The tire center Stone Country Tires agreed to wait for me. I will be thanking them as well in another review. But this was way above and beyond what the majority of businesses do and I am deeply greatfull to the owners of this fine establishment.. If you get the chance stop by and see these guys they are the best..
