The best experience ever!

My wife and I just brought home our car that we purchased from Doug at Viva Las Vegas Autos, and we couldn`t be happier. From the first contact via email, through the last handshake and goodbye as I drove our car home from his showroom, Doug has been nothing but polite, professional, and a true pleasure to work with. He picked me up from the airport on a Saturday morning to accommodate our busy work schedule, even th... view moreough he is closed on Saturdays. In my book, that truly is top notch customer service! In my experience, internet based dealers like to leave out photos of flaws or negative aspects of the vehicles that they are selling. Doug not only takes well over 100 HD photos of the vehicle, but also posts an HD video of the car. He has nothing to hide, and has 100% confidence in the cars that he acquires for sale. The only reason my wife and I even decided to look into purchasing a car without seeing it in person was because we felt completely confident with all the information, photos and video that Doug posts for the vehicles. I drove through three states, totaling over 1300 miles to get our car home, and I`d definitely do it again when we buy our next car from Doug.

Vey unhappy with my purchase

Vehicle grossly misrepresented. Told was never repainted but my mechanics found evidence of a previous accident and a full repaint. Would not recommend unless you see in person and bring a mechanic with you to inspect. Doug is a nice guy but definitely shady.

Almost bought a car from this dealer but had a bad feeling

That feeling was realized when I googled them. Seems like the owners have some issues to deal with. I don`t know if it`s true or not, but it seems like stuff you can`t really make up either. Hope you get your stuff together, I was a serious buyer.

It`s sad that my vicious brother had to make my first review.

It is really sad when my brother Matthew Ravi Williams, an ex convict from Utah State Prison resorts to posting lies on the internet to disrupt my business. I fired him from my company because he made death threats to me when I went to Utah where he lives & bought a 1987 Porsche 40 miles from where he lives. He claimed that all cars advertized in local Utah internet sites that he likes are off limits & should all be ... view moreleft for him to buy. Kind of ridiculous wouldn`t you think? When I told him that anyone including me can buy privately advertized cars anywhere, including Utah, there are plenty of classifieds out there to not pose any issue. He made his claim into a threat. He said that while he was in Utah`s state prison for 4 years for Auto theft & Evasion, he learned the prison way of taking care of business. His exact words were ""you better watch your back...Bro"" I hate to say this but I realized my brothers mental issues at that moment were more severe than I had ever thought. In our conversation, he blamed so many issues on religion & began to attack mine as well. It is very true that I am a member of the LDS church and do believe in being true to my beliefs. Matt on the other hand claims that all those who believe in God are idiots. Matt not only professes his hate toward religions but claims to be one step up on atheists with his resolve to be antichrist and convince believers to not believe in God and Christ all together. So you can see, he also brings that into his attack above. He`s a sad little worm of a man. I hope any readers will be able to see through his shallowness and as for my business the fruits bear witness that we are not what he would like you to think we are. As for you Matt, good luck with your resolve to be a faceless poster on the internet. You are the coward that evil has convinced you to be. Keep it up and I am sure you will find yourself back serving time for something. Most dogs always return to their through up as I`m sure you will too.
