Change in management a few months back. Before then it was a great, honest shop that I always took my car to for repairs. Now however, I brought my 98 mustang in for a thermostat change because I didn`t have time to do it myself. overheated the same day and stranded me for hours. Brought it back, and I had to replace the radiator and some misc. work, which they did for a not so small fee. I took it home after they a... view moressured me it was fixed and on the way back it overheated again. This time, I figured I`d do the work myself. Took it apart, fearing anymore over heating would ruin it but I was already too late. The probably was initially the thermostat and they replaced it. However, they installed it backwards, and replaced other parts without gaskets causing the overheating and other problems. After I replaced it once more I find that after the overheats had already taken their toll. Had to replace the headgasket, have the heads machined down, the radiator replaced which they did (and I`ll be fair, they did the radiator ok even though it was caused damage by them), and I still have to replaced the piston rings. The end result, they took what should`ve been a small, quick and cheap job (bought the thermostat for under $20 and fixed it in 30 minutes) and made it into something that`s cost me $300 for the radiator from them (parts and labor) and an additional $400 in the other parts and counting, not to mention the time I`ve had to put into fixing it right. Whether or not they installed the thermostat incorrectly on purpose for more business (The radiator, which they got.) or because of incompetence, I`ve learned my lesson and will never bring any vehicle to them again. Would definitely not recommend.
