No Hard-Sell, No Rip-Offs Unlike other auto repair companies, Brake Masters employees are not paid based on the parts and services they recommend to you. There is no high pressure to get you to buy services your vehicle may not need. No scams. No rip-offs. Just expert advice from people you can trust. Real Warranties, No Appointment Needed We back our brakes with Lifetime Brake Pad and Shoe Warranties. We back all labor with a 90-day warranty. First off, I am moving across ...
First off, I am moving across the country in less than a week, and I am doing this trek in my 01 325i BMW with one other person. I have only my stock HU and I have the Harmon Kardon system which I plan on utilizing and I need to work on my stereo system so the trip is less bland with only using CD`s. Here is how it went down, purchased a USA SPEC: PA12-BMW iPod/iPhone integration kit online (from Pacific Stereo [f... view moreantastic to work with]) and I had held onto my 2ch amp and 10in kicker sub in a ported box from my pervious car. The kit arrives on Monday and at 2pm I roll to City Car Radio (based off of the reviews of you guys) looking to have my iPod kit and amp/sub installed, that day! (was not expecting them to, just hoped) Talk to the owner Boj, very nice guy. Then he introduces me to this guy Darren (who was incredibly nice), who as it turns out was in on his day off. Darren and I discuss placement options of the iPod cable and go through the work order. I let him know my travel plans and why I need this done asap (I honestly have no other time to get my audio work done this week, I am currently writing this while my car is at another shop getting my radiator fixed...) This is around 2:30, concerned that my car might have to stay over night, I ask them when they close--6:00pm--he tells me not to worry that they can stay late to finish the job! (5 star service right there) Spend the day on Las Vegas blvd, and my phone dies, I walk to the shop at 6:30 and they were just starting the car, (30 min after they close, so awesome of them) they tell me it will be finished at 8pm. Meet up with a friend for drinks and decide to call em at 7:45 to see if we should wait to eat and just pick the car up. They answer the phone (they have technically been closed for almost 2 hours) and tell me to come by in 20 min. Long story short, Darren (on his day off) and some over guy, I think his name is Jorge, did an AMAZING job with the wiring of the iPod kit and they even played around with it, showing me how to use it. These guys work in the service industry and man do they understand customer relations. I hope to find a shop out in NC that is as sweet as this one. The price was a little higher than I had hoped for (but competitive non-the-less) and as they had stayed really late to do the job i cant complain. They had to wire the amp into my rear speakers since the stock HU does not have rca so that added to the additional cost. Now I just need to work on damping my trunk... rattle rattle.

Not only do these guys do great work, but they do it at a fair price. I had some custom work done to a couple of my vehicles and they got the job done right each time. It`s difficult in any industry to find companies that stand behind their product and service and actually mean it. I referred to their discretion and i was not disappointed. I plan to take any and all future work to them. Thanks Fellas! daa-boi

So your looking for a plac...
So your looking for a place that will install your sound system clean, precise and flawlessly? look no further than Mob Customs Las Vegas Talk to Boj or Mike when you come into this place, in my opinion, Mob Customs is the most knowledgeable staff. After giving these guys a hard time about something that was completely my fault, they still had the patience to work with me and honor the famous sayin... view moreg which has been around for years: "The customer is always right" I unfortunately managed to get on Boj` (who is really a nice guy) bad side when I insisted my navigation system was out of wack. In reality, I was the one who was out of wack. Nonetheless, he kept his cool with me and worked all the way through until I realized nothing was wrong. I ended up leaving the place with a custom wood bracket for my GPS tray for a very reasonable price. Also, Boj, the shop owner, is one hell of a guy who will cater to your every need and whim. Not only did he stand behind me 100 percent when I was facing my navigation issue, but he also made sure I was happy before I left. Having gone there in late 2010 to have a Pioneer double din installed, I remembered why this shop was so fabulous. Being that this particular 7" in dash screen had no pre made drop in kit, I had them cut a metra kit for me and then wrap it in a carbon fiber like material. I was extremely pleased with the cosmetic outcome of the dash kit, it looked a lot better than what I had expected. Just goes to show, if you can think it, they can do it. Also, they installed my flea market crap amp (which I supplied) along with my 5 year old Orion XTR 12" and to my surprise, made it sound like a dream. Go see these guys and you will not be disappointed. Big Jay

Being without a working stereo...
Being without a working stereo in my car for 6 months was really taking a toll on me, so I decided to finally get it replaced. I heard that Best Buy installs, but I couldn`t get anyone to answer the phone to even ask. Since I work for a small business, I decided I wanted to find a place that did honest, efficient, and good work. I looked on my oh-so-amazing Yelp, and once again, found gold! Boj was very friend... view morely on the phone and let me know that he had many stereos to choose from and could install it in 30 minutes. I drove up and told him I wanted a simple radio that would have radio, CD, and an AUX for an iPod. He suggested a Kenwood radio and gave me an unbeatable price for the radio and installation. The shop guys were fast, careful, and before I knew it, I could hear the sweet sounds of music coming from my car! Boj is a good person running a good business and I am definitely going to go back. Highly Recommended to everybody!!!

Excellent service! I thought I needed a new bumper, but the owner said it could be repaired for under half that price. My bumper looks brand new. They didn`t try to sell me any other services. Was finished at the time and price quoted. Will definitely use again. I highly recommend them!

I would NEVER recommend MOB Cu...
I would NEVER recommend MOB Customs to anyone of my friends or clients, what a nightmare. I had decided to get my tail lights smoked out and either get rims, or a new sound system (thank goodness I didn`t get the sound system). I visited Boj about a month ago and said he could do my lights for $175. I agreed to do them, and when it was time to pay, he said it was $175/side. At the end of the day I ended up paying... view more $200 for them, guess he thought I wanted to drive around with only one tail light smoked out? That was the first mishap. Second mishap, I decided to get rims for my car. I ended up purchasing a set of 22" rims/tires. I waited three days for the rims to arrive which to my surprise, I ended up getting one custom drilled set (back) and one universal set (front), and two of the center caps were missing, which set me back another couple of days to receive. So I finally get the wheels installed. Boj decided to put on WINRUN tires. I have never heard of WINRUN tires! Now I`m in the process of having to get all new tires ($1,500) because they put the wrong size tires on my car. He never gave me an option to pick tires for my vehicle, I ended up with a brand that has no reviews online. What makes it even better is that the wheels were never balance and/or aligned properly. I went back to talk to them about it and their response was that WINRUN is comparable to Pirelli`s since the weather in Vegas isn`t conducive to tires and they will all eventually end up cracking. They all have the same warranty. WOW. Really? This company is a joke and I hope no one else gets taken advantage of because that`s just bad business all the way around.
