An awesome experience!!
Ordinarily, I`d rather have a tooth pulled than take my car in for service, but the brakes needed service, so in I went. Not only was the car expertly tended to, but I was given a checklist of things that could be tended to, and a couple things that needed attention now.
I actually felt that the crew CARED about my family`s safety, rather than just about selling me a bill of goods. The work was done in a timel... view morey manner & at a fair price.
I am a customer for life!

Good Experience
I had Precision Tune do a tune-up and brakes to my wife`s car a few weeks ago. I was happy with the service and the price seemed ok, compared to the Honda dealer (of course, auto repair always seems expensive to me). No complaints, car seems to run great and brakes work.

Very Poor Customer Service
If my experience says anything about this owners customer service then I advise you to take your business elsewhere. The day after I had my rear differential and brakes swapped at this location I had a problem with one of the brake calipers. A stuck guide pin in the caliper caused significant damage to my rotors and pads. The car was unsafe. After taking the car back the next day the manager refused to take responsib... view moreility for the issue. Stating that it was ""who ever did your brakes last"". There had not been any brake work done for over 7500 miles. The car was unsafe and I had no option but to pay the 250 for a new caliper. Along with the 500 dollars I payed for the rear end/brake swap. I still have rotor and pad damage. Unless you`re going in for a simple smog check, I would advise against doing business with the owner of this location.
