Reviews:

I found a 2002 BMW 330ci on the internet that had just been taken in by your dealership a few weeks ago. I contacted a sales person named Tanner Finkhouse and discussed this car with him. It had just been brought in and pictures or cleaning hadn?ˆ™t even been done on it. The car only had 35000 miles on it and Tanner told me he would find out more about it and call me back as I live South of Denver in Colorado. The car ... view morewas in the service department being looked over and having an alternator replaced on it. I had conversations with Tanner about the condition and general state of the car and he told me he could only find 5 dents in the roof and trunk areas and the car had been checked out by BMW and it is as close to new as can be with only 35000 miles on it. You were asking $13800 and I told him I would purchase it at that as a total out the door price. Good for you guys. I noticed some dash lights on and asked him to make sure that no service lights or any dash warning lights were on. He said the rear brakes needed to be replaced and that the car may have had some hail on it. I asked him to fix the problems and make sure it had a service done as I had a 500 mile plus drive home and he said he would. I flew into town and he was kind enough to pick me up at the airport and drive me to your dealership. He told me there was good news and bad news. Good news you put new tires on the car as the old ones were causing it to drive funny. Bad news you didn?ˆ™t get the dents out of the trunk lid. I said that was fine and we proceeded to your dealership. At the dealership I was able to see the car. Not bad but not exactly as described, the carpet had stains in it, the car had been washed but not waxed for some time, the seatbelt light wouldn?ˆ™t go out, the console lid was broken but all stuff that I was willing to take care of. On the drive home I noticed the brakes acted funny when you stopped. After arriving home the service engine light was on along with the seat belt light. Here is what I I found out?ˆ¦. The front control arms, bushings and ball joints were all shot. The cam position sensor was bad. The thermostat was bad and would never close and would throw the code for slow warm up The driver?ˆ™s seat belt was bad causing the light to stay on The trunk lights didn?ˆ™t work because the wiring harness was broken The new brakes you installed squeak non stop And what frustrated me the most was there was no oil change done. When I went to do an oil change, as I have lost faith in your word, it was found that the oil was black, and the filter was crushed, damaged and stuck to the housing. It had to be cut to remove it. The oil had not been changed in some time. Control arms, bushings, ball joints and alignment $950 Can position sensor $220 Thermostat $225 Seat belt $210 Wiring harness repair $80 Oil change $75 I sent Tanner and email about all of this and never heard back from him. I asked why should I have taken a BMW being sold at a BMW dealership to another BMW shop to have it inspected? I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of inspection on a car that is a BMW being sold by a BMW dealership. When the tires were replaced as they tighten the lugs you can see the tires move because of the bad bushings. It is a sad state when you cannot trust the dealer. 2 weeks later and still no reply from them.

Very Professional.
I had a great experience at Husker Auto when I bought my truck. My salesman Chris P. was very helpful in finding me the truck I wanted and got me a great deal too. I definitely recommend him to all of my family/friends. Also, their Service waiting area is great, it`s pretty much a movie theatre.

My GMC truck was having troubl...
My GMC truck was having trouble starting so I had it towed to Husker Auto figuring since they are a dealer they would fix it right. First they replaced parts in the distributer and charged me $150 plus the tow. I got home alright but the next day it wouldn`t start again so another tow to Husker Auto where they replaced the whole distributer for another $300 plus the tow. Got home and sure enough it wouldn`t start ... view moreso another tow to Husker, this time they kept it for a couple of weeks starting it every day they claimed with no problems. I went and picked it up and sure enough it wouldn`t start sometimes and would die while driving. I got a Chilton`s repair manual from the library and started checking wires and connections. Everything was fine except the ignition computer box under the front seat had some rust on it. Out of frustration I bought a new computer for $70 from a parts store, plugged it in and the ol truck has been running like a champ ever since. I wouldn`t trust them with a bicycle and their service guarantee is worthless.

Stay clear
It was a horrible experience with an auto service. I have a 2009 BMW certified car. Bought from Hisker.

The has been in the serive department for over five weeks on and off. Every time it goes in they can`t seem to come to terms on the problem, but agree there is a problem.

I always had to call for an update.. never anything from the dealership but ""I`m sorry"". I had to go and remove my car from th... view moree service department and take it to Omaha to get repaired. the car was filthy and had all kind of paper wrappers on the inside. they must have drove my car to the fast food place for lunches...

I have never been this upset with a dealer... called Jerry, general manager, spoke to him for over 10 minutes... he just didn`t car. Told me that my expectations were to high and I should take my business some where else... I did!!!

Will never set foot in there again.... Try to find the owner... good luck...

More helpful
I wanted a specific car and the used car dealer was much more helpful than the new car dealer was and found me exactly what I wanted then got it here within 4 days. On top of that they didn`t think the tires were up to par so surprisingly they put 4 brand new ones on for me that retail for about $600. Most places would say you get what you get.
