BAD EXPERIENCE

I took my car to ACR Glass to have the back windshield repaired. The receptionist there appeared to be very helpful. There were a couple different scenarios where what they said and what they did in the end were not consistent. She stated they would work with me as far as payment arrangements, which was not true. They also misrepresented what they would be charging for the repairs. I was on the call that took place b... view moreetween my insurance company and the receptionist when terms were agreed to. ACR Glass was suppose to call Progressive back if there were any changes to the cost of repairs. After paying my deductible and my insurance company paying the difference between the original quoted price I received an invoice for a remaining $200 and some odd dollars. I called my insurance company and they said the receptionist from ACR Glass called them back after the repairs were completed to discuss what would be billed. When my vehicle was returned to me the receptionist told me the paper I was signing was stating that I was satisfied with the work they did. After all of the above has occurred, I received an invoice in the mail with the fine print stating that I would pay the difference of my deductible minus what the insurance company pays. It also stated that there will be an interest charge applied each month it is not paid. I feel this is a complete negligence on their part due to the fact they did not explain in entirety what I was signing. I also feel that they knew I would be paying the remainder due since they did not approve any other charges with the insurance company and that is why they did not explain what I was signing. I would not recommend going through this company for anything.

worst glass company ever

save your time and money and never deal with these crooks. My 75yr old mother was almost robbed blind by these guys if I didnt stop their scam. claimed they did new work when there was nothing done at all them tried to charge us. dont deal with them.
