Services appear to be quick and courteous. Had oil change, front pads, right mirror light and some engine component service done there. One glitch I had with them had nothing to do with their work on my car. They replaced my license plate frames with theirs without my permission and knowledge. It took several calls to have my frames delivered to my door. Overall, they appear to know a lot about German cars.

In the past buying a car was like going to the dentist and just never a good experience. We were referred to Universal Imports by our friends who said it was not your typical "let me ask my manager" experience. We went in with specific needs and budget - with having three young kids we need room. Excellent Service

We purchased a 2006 Audi A6 from Universal Imports with low milage. Mark took the time to understand our needs and match us with the best car. It was the best car buying experience we have ever had!
