VERY displeased with the servi...

VERY displeased with the service. My car has been in the shop for 3 weeks, went in on June 23. It is July 14 and I still have no "loaner vehicle" as they advertised. My vehicle is still being worked on and most likely won`t be done for another week. However the staff is totally unhelpful as well. This whole experience was absolutely horrible and I would NEVER recommend this shop!!
