Do not use this repair shop! I was told to drop my car off and did. Then they called me back an hour later and said they could not work on it for another week. They still had to order parts. That was after I was there taking off my bike rack and chatted with Lori in the front office for 10 minutes. They didn`t realize they were not going to work on my car while I was there for so long...This should have been my firs... view moret clue to leave and go somewhere else. Then after they began working on it, a week later, they were not able to order the correct clips to put the back panel on the door. After 5 days I said I needed the car back and they gave it to me and said the order should be here in a couple days and it would take 15 mintues to put the clips on. Well they never called to tell me the parts were not in. They just didn`t think of calling me at all. After my efforts of calling and finding out they were sent wrong parts they said they were drawing the vendor a picture of what they needed and that may be part of the problem. So after days and then weeks, I still have my car without the correct parts. My back panel is off and it is noisy driving around and the door does not shut properly. I asked what was going on and they said the company was sending them the wrong parts. This was absurd~ the customer service here is appauling and their follow up does not exist. I have to take my car to another shop to get it finished. Never, never will I use this company and Jim again...

At a time when things were very hectic for me, Jimmy and his professional staff made getting my car repaired as easy as possible.
