I had an excellent experience with WAYSIDE, too! Am also a GEICO insured... and rented from Enterprise during the repair... both were RIGHT THERE ON THE PREMISES! They had my Avalon repaired a day earlier than anticipated, and it NEVER LOOKED SO GOOD!!! They are absolutely TOP NOTCH in EVERY WAY.... courteous, knowledgeable, professional... they REALLY KNOW THEIR BUSINESS... have lovely folks working there.... and... view more gave GEICO a really, really fair price for the repair.... my husband was AMAZED!!!! The best Auto Body Shop in Queens
Fantastic Place. I picked up my car today, Feb 9, 2012, one day ahead of the estimated time. The repair done to my car was excellent and far exceeded my expectations. The management in the shop was friendly and courteous and professional. I would not hesitate to use Wayside again and I would be more than happy to recommend this establishment to friends and relatives. Very, very pleased!!!!

My mom asked me write this review for her. She brought her car to Wayside and couldn`t believe what a great job they did. They went above and beyond to make sure her Camry was as good as new.

Great Fast Service
These guys are great. I brought my car in and within 30 minutes Geico looked at the car and I got a rental car. Everything went smoothly and I got my car back in about a week. Anywhere else it would have taken longer. Geico also did a great job handling my claim.

Great Experience
I have my Hydundai hitted from the side and was recommended by GEICO for this bodyshop. There was a GEICO office and an Enterprise car rental office there too, therefore, it made thing a lot easiler for me. I just need to drop my car down and pick it up a week later when it was done. The quality of paint job is great-- so far. They even car wash my car, no complain so far.... Everything seems above average.

Worse in QUEENS and possibly anywhere else
Their service is horrible. They saved me from having to pay my deductible which Im sure how is exactly legal but whatever 1500 i didnt have to pay. Later on I noticed the paint peeling from my car to show a blue panel below. Funny thing is I called GEICO and theysaid they were supposed to replace the part with a new part and if it is showing blue then it means they replaced it with a junkyard part and pocketed the di... view morefference. GEICO is in the process of investigating. My car had little dings and dents that were not there before and everytime i drive in the rain water leaks into the car from the area they repaired. I took the car back and they said they didnt find anything wrong when i mentioned I filed a complaint with GEICO i was told to leave.. Do not waste your time and money with this place. when they were a small shop that had just started out they did excellent work and took pride in their work.. Now the shop is expanding just like their pockets.

Awesome from start to finish
this place makes something difficult a lot easier to deal with. First, it is one of the cleanest body shops I have ever seen. Their staff is very professional and they explained to me exactly what was going to be done to my car, they even called me and let me know what ""stage"" they were in with my repairs. Enterprise is also in their office, so I was able to rent a car with them. Horrible Experience from start to Finish
1. Poor Experience. 2. Repainted the quarter panel 4 times till it had a descent job 3. Repainted the front bumper 2 times till it had a descent job 4. Front Bumper has Peeling paint a year later and they will not fix it. 5. I was told to ""F&$% OFF!"" and had the owner call the cops when I requested to have this fixed. July 2010 is when I was told to go to Wayside auto by Geico to take care... view more of an accident that happened in my garage. The rear passenger side quarter panel was hit on my Lexus IS 250. At the same time, there was damage to the front bumper on the driver side that I had asked them to fix. The rear quarter panel had to be repainted by them four times and the Front bumper had to be repainted twice. Both parts had to repainted due to paint that was dripping as it dried, visible lines in the paint, and a poor job overall. Finally, the job was done satisfactory but not before an even larger portion of the car had to be painted due to ""blending"" even more of the car with each paint job. On top of that, there was silver paint sprayed on the under part of the car - Where the bumper was repainted - which shows that they have sloppy work. It has now been a year and quarter panel is fine but the front bumper is beginning to peal. Wayside Autobody says they guarantee their work but I was very rudely turned away. I initially spoke to Jimmy who then directed me to the owner - Chris) in regards to the peeling paint I needed attended to under the guarantee. The owner told me that he did NOT want to do the work and he would NEVER allow me to get work done there ever again. I had told him that there was suppose to be a guarantee on his work and that it is clearly evident that the work is peeling but he told me to ""F#$% OFF!"" I went up to the office and I was told that I was now trespassing and he proceeded to pick up the phone and call the cops on me. I left before the cops arrived, but this service is not acceptable. There is a guarantee on work and instead of honoring their work and guarantee, they threaten to call the cops and have you arrested. This has been a horrible experience from start to finish.

Fast service but poor quality
Service with Geico was excellent and quick. Unfortunately repair and bodywork was not so good. Who has the time to keep on going back to fix, despite the guarantee they provide. You want the job done right the first tim. Bumper was repaired not replaced even though its plastic and the lights above the plate in the bumper were never replaced and the trunk lid is still slightly askew after the accident.
