BEWARE!!! These guys are scam artists. I got suckered into taking my brand new car there after it was in an accident. The insurance company sent their tow company to tow the car and they convinced me to tow it to their shop instead of to the place I wanted to. THE PAINT WORK WAS HORRIBLE. I later found out after having them repaint my car three times and still unsatisfactory that THEY DO NOT HAVE A PAINT BOOTH. In ... view morethis day and age it is impossible to paint a brand new car correctly without one. They are also required to have one by EPA and NIOSH. Besides the horrible paint work. Their scam is that they get the insurance company estimate up as high as they can and then they repair the car to THEIR estimate. If you read the authorization to repair form which they make you sign ( luckily I never signed it) it says to their estimate; not the insurance company. So upon picking up my car they doubled the labor rate and didnt replace half the parts and the bill was the same as if they followed the insurance estimate. I filed a complaint with the DMV and after a few months had the car inspected by the DMV. The DMV inspector couldn`t believe how poor the paint job was. They made Alfaro motors give me a check for everything the didn`t replace, refunded for all the horrible paint work, etc. Now I can go and get my car repaired at a legit shop with a paint booth to make it look like new again.

Great service...VERY SATISTIED!!!!

I had my 2011 range rover towed to Alfaro Motors after accident on bQE. I was nervous at first because I loveee my truck but after speaking with Larry I felt more at ease and comfortable. He assured me that my car would be taken care of and had rental car waiting for me. Two weeks later I picked up my car and it looked great. I`m happy with their service. :)

Brought my 2008 GMC Envoy Denali in for collision repair...Vehicle was brought back to ""Show Room"" Condition...It`s almost like the vehicle was never involved in an accident...Employees were very helpful and knowledgeable...Would recommend them to everyone!!!

Horrible customer service and charged TOO MUCH

Larry was GREAT!!! HORRIBLE Customer Service!!! I have never been treated so poorly in my life, my car got a ticket for double parking-$115, the office staff were rude, lazy and mean. They had to call the mechanic up to ""deal with"" me because I wanted to pay my 2 different bills with 2 different cards because the credit cards get charged a percentage each time they are run, but then it will be the same percentag... view moree on two different cards, if that is the case it will be pretty close to the same amount that is simple math, it seemed the least they could do after the ticket. If you are working in customer service you have to deal with customers, Get over yourself. Will not recommend and actually want to tell everyone prepare to be treated like sh....

Had my car towed to Alfaro`s after I was involved in an accident. My car was pretty banged up, needed a lot of work, and these guys were really great!
