I own a 2002 Nissan altima and took it for a tune up job. After opening the hood I was quoted ridiculous price of$1050.00.I started my car and drove away and was stopped by the manager on the street , a rude bald head guy who made the price before, to have the job done by him`` on the side`` for $750.00 , but had to take the car to queens jamaica. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY

They are the worst!!! They want you to replace everything and at the highest price possible. Went to get an oil change and they charged me $135. $97 of it was labor!!!! Not trust worthy and extrememly rude. Do your self the favor and drive up another 10 blocks and pay $50 for a better job.

Not cheap, not perfect

They got the job done - after replacing almost everything. If you`ve got a few thousand dollars to spare, this place is for you. At least, you`ll be treated by professionals.

I trust them

I have had my 1997 Volvo S70 serviced by A & A for at least 10 years when I finally stopped using the other repair shop that is not around any longer. A & A is staffed with respectful and knowledgable people. They tell me what it is and then they do it. Could be a tad cheaper but I don`t mind paying for quality service. AVOID A&A Motors Like The PLAGUE!

I had my Nissan Pathfinder towed to A&A Imported Motors because it wouldn`t start one morning and this place was right nearby. What a mistake! When the smoke cleared, I was fleeced to the tune of $1,300+. When I asked the woman in the office for a breakdown, she became rude and impatient - interrupting me, shouting, etc. I later learned that the problem was a minor wiring issue that could have been fixed for less... view more than $150, but apparently, the characters at A&A saw a female with a disabled vehicle who didn`t have a clue about cars and decided to have a field day with me. They of course proceeded to find all sorts of other things ""wrong"" with my car - which was strange, because nothing else was wrong with it prior to this. I take my car in to the Nissan dealership regularly under its scheduled maintenance warranty, so any major problems would have been brought to my attention there during routine servicing. A&A Motors simply took advantage of me because my car was disabled, and in order to get it back, I was forced to take their word and pay them whatever they wanted. I guess I should feel lucky that they didn`t charge me twice that amount.
But it gets worse: I just had my oil changed for the first time since I`d been to A&A for these repairs. The oil guy showed me that the previous mechanic didn`t even bother to replace the clips on my skid plate - instead leaving the entire plate off! When I phoned A&A to discuss this, I got the same nasty woman who flatly refused to even offer to have it looked at. She insisted that ""her men"" didn`t do that, and began screaming vulgarities at me. I hung up on her and immediately contacted Consumer Affairs.
So if your car needs servicing, AVOID this place like the plague! If A&A was the only mechanic in the neighborhood and I got stuck again, I would literally get out of my car and push it manually to the next closest mechanic - ANY mechanic - just to avoid the nightmare I endured here.

What horrible customer service

(Lin) has a white trash mouth when you call this place to ask for any information. They are not customer friendly and I assume all use to be white trash truck drivers the way they speak to their customers.

WAY better than Martin`s Volvo

These guys are nice, thoughtful, intelligent, do excellent work and are in a location close to public transportation. Do not go to the dealer in Manhattan if you drive a Volvo. Go here.
