Great deals, easy to work with

I called global after being referred by a close friend and it was the greatest decision I ever made! Super friendly and nice assistants, sales team is direct, straight to the point, don`t beat around the bush. They give the rock bottom price right away! I am surely a global customer for life! Getting my 2nd BMW from them now and definitely recommending them to a,l of my friends and family.

Worst Dealership Ever.

If I could rate it a 0, I would. Basically, Joan is the worst service representative on the planet. She`s very rude to everyone and ignorant. I`m surprised that this place is even in business, because it surely doesn`t deserve to be. I would highly recommend going elsewhere before even considering this place as a possibility. Usually I would never consider writing something like this, but believe me: this had such a ... view morenegative effect that it had to be done. I don`t want anyone else to suffer the same fate.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!

JOAN IS THE WORST SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE I HAVE EVER TALKED TO IN MY LIFE. SHE IS SO RUDE AND DOESN`T UNDERSTAND A CUSTOMER FRIENDLY TONE. THE ASSOCIATES ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND IN THE SOCIETY WE LIVE IN TODAY WITH THE ECONOMY AS BAD AS IT IS WHO WANTS TO DEAL WITH A BAD SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE!
