Our experience at Conicelli Nissan was GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!! Jimmy Horrex (Sales Consultant) and Juan Carlos Pelegrin (F&I Manager) service was second to NONE!!!!!!!!!!! Conicelli Chris Solarz

Great service from Chris Solarz. Just bought a 2009 Murano with Chris` help. Took us a month to nail down the specific car, but Chris was very responsive to my millions of emails and in setting up a time to see the car. From the internet searches I did for a used Murano, Conicelli came in with the best price.

I bought my Murano at Conicelli 2 years ago and I`ve been servicing it there ever since. From soup to nuts, this place is really awesome.... easy to make appointments; super convenient to drive in & drop off at the service counter (how nice is it that you dont have to park your car & walk through the rain/snow/wind etc); large, comfortable waiting areas; super friendly & helpful staff etc etc etc. I especially love... view more how they take the time to talk to you about whats going on with your vehicle (I`ve never felt ""talked down to"" which happens quite often when you`re a girl!); they offer shuttle service if you need it and there`s a rental location on site as well. I feel very comfortable taking my car here for service. Sam is amazing to work with and I know when I drive away I can feel safe in my car.

Great Service, and Friendly

I purchased my new Altima from Tugkan at Conicelli Nissan and I love my car. The whole sales staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had the exact options and color I wanted. I just took it in for it`s first oil change and I was greeted by the sales person who sold me the car and he spent about 10 minutes with me to make sure that I was satisfied with the car. Rude and Cocky

I walked into the dealership and immediately saw three people right in front of me who I expected to be looking forward to helping me buy a car. Instead I was the one who had to introduce myself after standing there ignored. When the two hen lady receptionists were forced to deal with me they were extremely rude and disinterested. The manager walked up to me and gave me an offer, higher than I wanted of course but it was the first offer. I asked him if that was the best they could do he said yes. So I told him I had already received a lower price. He then sat there like a slob and looked at me like oh well. So I left. An hour later I was at O`Neil Nissan, who laughed at what they offered me, sold me the car for 3 grand less than Conicelli...after tax/tags. I spent my $30,000, and left pleased.

Go to another dealership

Made appointment through internet sales; confirmed appointment; receiptionist and sales person called to confirm appointment 15 minutes prior to appointment. Sales man did not show up for my appointment. I was kept waiting for 30 minutes before the receptionist got a sales manager. The sales manager came out only after I said I was leaving. I told sale manager I only wanted a price. He did not apologize for the ... view moresale man not showing up and merely said that they were busy, which is why I made an appointment. Gave me an okay price, but when I told them a quote from another dealership, they told me I or the dealership was lying. I purchased a car from another dealership. Needless to say, I will NEVER buy any car from any Conicelli dealership and will discourage everyone I know and do not know from purchasing a car. Many other dealerships in the area that do not treat you badly. Run away from Conicelli!

BAD SERVICE BAD ATTITUDES

CONICELLI NISSAN AND HONDA BOTH ARE PATHETIC BUSINESSES THAT HAVE BAD BUSINESS ETHICS. THE HIGHER YOU GO UP THE MORE RUDE THEY BECOME. THEY SEEM TO THINJ THEY ARE SOMEONE THAT CAN`T LOSE A BUSINESS, BUT TRUST ME, WITH THERE WORK ETHICS, THEY ARE WELL ON THEIR WAY.
