I am a young mother of three with a very nice foreign car. I have been going to Jiffy Lube for more than five years. Everytime I would go there, there would always be someone new who seem to know more than the previous person that changed my oil. It really never dawned on me that after majority of the visits, my oil light always seem to come on. That`s when I made my last trip there, and found out through an attendan... view moret there that they were using regular oil in my vehicle and charging me for synethic oil. And I do know that once you go synethic, you have to stay with that oil. Now my car always seems as if it wants to cut off when I am at a complete stop. Regardless of the training they receive, these guys need to have limitations or special trainings regarding foreign cars. The Hamilton location and Mercerville locations are no better. Everyone that takes their car there needs to be aware, thats why I always tell my friends and family.
