Don`t use this company.... Dis...

Don`t use this company.... Dishonest and does not stand by there work.. There are plenty of honest auto repair establishments right in new providence. Since there was a request for details... Here are the bullet points * I bought a high end tire and within 12 months & 6,000 mi it had a bubble in the sidewall * I went to ask for warranty replacement. I was told there was NO warranty and I needed to pay for ful... view morel replacement * I called Tire manufacturer and was told that was not true and there was a 1yr road hazard plus 6 yr manufacturer defect warranty *still NPT would not honor and tire manufacturer sent me to another tire dealer up the street and they honored the warranty even though i bought the tire from NPT .... If anyone would like to see the documentation in regard to the proof of this i will be happy to furnish for your reading pleasure along with the better business bureau and division of consumer affairs.

The staff at New Providence Ti...

The staff at New Providence Tire and Auto are competent and very helpful. They take care of the cars for most of the people I know in town. I have several vehicles and would go NOWHERE else. My vintage car broke down a few weeks ago, and they assisted me over the phone to get me home, and promptly took care of the problem.

Possibly the nicest staff and best service I have ever received from a repair shop. Honest, fair pricing. Go out of their way to take care of my car and my wife`s car so that we have safe rides. I would recommend them to anyone.
