Some of the people in consumer service are beyond rude. How do you smile and laugh in someone`s face about letting them sit her for hour`s and when you only ask for an oil change and they say no rotate tires to cause your a woman and they think they can walk all over you. Horrible. every time i come here hours and bull

If you are in the market to buy a ford This is the dealer
At first I thought that the process of purchasing a car would be very stressful and complicated however, the salesman came to prove me very wrong. He made the purchase of my 2012 fusion very easy and stress free. He provided me with all the facts that I needed to know in order to purchase my fusion. He want above and beyond to make me feel at ease and made it very clear to me that I should take my time and not rush i... view morento anything. Best Ford Dealer
Great place to buy a car, very friendly and knowledgable staff. I recommend anyone looking to buy a car to stop by and see what Fette will offer you.

Great place to buy and service your car
I have purchased 3 vehicles from Fette Ford, Infinity & Kia over the past 14 years and they have been nothing but great. My first two cars were Ford Explorers and the last was a high performance Mustang. The salespeople that I have dealt with have always been friendly, knowledgeable & fair. The Service Department has always taken care of my service or repairs without any aggravation or stress. I would highly recommen... view mored Fette Ford Infinity & Kia for both Sales & Service as they have never been anything but professional with me and I always felt as though I got a great deal.

Love Fette Kia
I bought my car just last month from Frank at Fette kia. In my opinion the best part about buying from Fette was dealing with people who don`t treat you like money. They gave me a day to think about the deal i shopped it around because i wanted to make sure it was a good deal which it was and they had the one i wanted. They got me approved right away and unlike most dealers after i bought my car they called me on my ... view morebirthday last week and it was something i never though someone would ever do. I would send anyone to Fette to buy a car and Frank because he took care of all my needs.

Fette Dealership is DISHONEST & they tried to STEAL MY MONEY
DON`T EVER BUY A CAR FROM THE FETTE FORD DEALERSHIP. This dealership sells Infiniti, Kia and Ford, but it doesn`t matter what car because so many of the people who work at Fette are DISHONEST. Fette tried to steal my money. The sales manager and I agreed upon a price, the financing and all the terms concerning the car purchase. He then said, ""you can take the car home right now."" I put $1750 down. After waiting awh... view moreile, the sales manager said, ""the person who gets everything all set/preps the car went home already...we`ll have it all set tomorrow morning."" I thought this was odd, but never thought this whole thing was a sales tactic and scheme to keep my $1750 down payment. The sales manager called me the next day, and told me that the financing and down payment changed - all much higher and nothing at all like our agreed upon deal where I put $1750 down. TOTAL BAIT & SWITCH - I SAID NO WAY, NO DEAL. I asked for my $1750 deposit back and to refund my credit card in full, but the sales manager said he couldn`t and that I would have to wait. I told him again, to refund my credit card for my entire $1750, and again the sales manager said he couldn`t, saying he was busy and that I would have to wait! I actually couldn`t believe what I was hearing. I repeatedly asked for a refund and the sales manger said no, giving my ridiculous reasons why it couldn`t be done and that I would have to wait, then the sales manger hung up on me. I called back and then I couldn`t get through to him - every time I asked for him, they transferred me into his voicemail. I kept on calling back and I would either be transferred directly into his voicemail, or he would have someone else answer his phone and tell me, ""he`s busy with a customer."" Right.
I called another manager at the dealership to try to get my $1750 back and this manager said that no refunds are given at Fette - once you put down a deposit and/or down payment, it`s non-refundable, doesn`t matter if there`s not deal. I then emailed the Fette dealership General Manager with what happened with my car purchase and how I wasn`t getting my $1750 down payment back. I never got any response back - nothing.
I had to spend an entire day fighting with the Fette dealership to get my $1750 back. No reputable dealership would ever do business like this. This was the most dishonest and deceptive sales tactics I`ve ever experienced. The Fette Ford Dealership does business like CROOKS. No one else should have to experience this. Yes, this Fette Ford dealership should go out of business - DON`T EVER BUY A CAR FROM THESE CROOKS.

Don`t get scammed by them
This is the home of bait and switch. After being here for several hours we finally made a deal. Mind you I get cars via x-plan so you would think it would be easy but not at Fette. Once we made a deal of $1500.00 down and $296.00 per month on a car I thought everything was a go. After all 3 managers came over and shook hands on it. Well after waiting 2 hours they came back to me and said I needed to put $3000.00 down... view more and my payment would be $340.00 per month. This is not the first time this has happened when they make a deal then come back and say I need to pay more. The manager told me to take it or leave it so I left. DONT BUY FROM FETTE BOYCOTT AND DRIVE THESE JERKS OUT OF BUSINESS

Inept Service Department
Let me start by saying I was not scammed by Fette Kia, or ripped off. But I did want to shed light on a recent experience I had.
I am the owner of a new 2007 Kia Optima which was due for it`s first 7500 mile service. I called the dealership and advised of this, and also mentioned that there were a few minor warranty issues that needed to be worked out (rattling from under front of car, and intermittent transmi... view moression jolt into 3rd)
I made the first appointment available at 8am, and arrived exactly on time. I was greated and sent to a waiting area. I had waited around 3 hours, watched customers come and go, for the same routine service (yes we talked in the waiting room). Some that came at 10am were out the door before me (and both of us just needed an oil change)
When I was finally acknowledged by a service advisor, he mentioned they couldn`t find any fault codes with the transmission and they need me to take it for a test drive with them. He then asked if I wanted to have my vehicle serviced, which was the reason I had come. Having waited 3 hours, and no service being done, and only 1 of my warranty issues addressed, I decided to walk out.
The reason for the wait was `they were backed up` and the customers that were serviced before me were simply waiting for a part, although our waiting room conversations differed from this, but whatever. Keeping in mind I was the first appointment and I had specifically asked for the 7500 service.
Long story short, there is no ripoff here, just a monumental waste of time. Fette Kia had the opportunity to turn me into a customer for the life of my car, but instead left me running to my local mechanic. No apologies offered, no explaination why my oil change wasn`t completed in the 3 hours I was there. Nothing.
The dealer is split with Ford as well, so I don`t believe it is an isolated Kia issue.
