So glad I got this referral from my aunt! I lost my house keys and she had used a locksmith recently to put up new doors and locks at her house so she gave me the number. When I called I spoke to a very nice guy who came to help me right away. The service was great and he knew a lot about locks and keys. The emergency responder was condescending and could not find our location without a full address (including zip code). I have a 5 year old GPS that doesn`t require a ZIP code. Even a Google search doesn`t need a ZIP code to be accurate.
