AAMCO wanted $1400 from me to determine what was causing a noise and fix it, trying to use scare tactics to get me to agree to the work. Brought it to bay ridge transmissions for a second opinion, they checked it out for free, and told me it wasn`t something to worry about and with my mileage, it`s not worth fixing unless something gets worse, and that it should be fine to drive. Great Job and honest Rick saved my Subaru from the junk yard. Subaru dealer wanted $4000 to replace my tranny with a rebuilt . Rick fixed mine for $1500 and a better warranty. Rick does only transmissions and is very proud of his work. That`s the kind of guy you want fixing your tranny. I""m very happy
