If i could put no stars then i would. These people are scum bags and not worth going to. They made a big deal about the vehicle i was trading in being in an accident and then the "certified" used camaro that i purchased looks like its been in an accident once i saw the car in the sunlight days later. I went back to the dealer only to have the manager tell me "you bought a used car, what do you expect&q... view moreuot; After that statement i just left. I went to another chevy dealer and they showed me what a certified camaro looks like and i purchased it the same day they showed it. Once again, do not go to chevy of jersey city, go to any other chevy dealer. Itll save you a major headache and money.

Not great

Recent visit resulted in the purchase of a Kia minivan. I had the car in mind when I headed to the dealership. First thing is the price you see in the web is NOT the price they will sell at - first there is a "fee" of about 2k which the sales guy could not elaborate what the fee is for - they give it some vague name and dance around the issue. The car is a 2012 and I highly doubt they put 1-2k worth of wor... view morek into it. Secondly upon purchase, they gave me less than half a tank of gas (the tank was practically empty when I test drove it) and I was told that I would need to put air into the tires myself.... So on top of the 2k added on top of the advertised price, apparently I wasn`t even given a tank of gas or air in my tires???? When I emailed the Internet sales manager about the lack of service I was basically just told "sorry, we will do better with the next customer that comes in..." I`m not sure how that helps me???? Anyway I`m happy with the car but the dealership played no roll u me purchasing it... And with that level of service I won`t be going back

The staff and everyone was great. Very helpful and knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had. The manager was also very helpful, answered all of our questions and gave us a good deal on the car we wanted to purchase. We definitely recommend this place to our friends and family. Great doing business with Y`all=)
