The worst car experience of my life!
I wish I could have given this place half of a star. I understand the business could not tell me exactly when my VW Passat would be ready but when I called for updates, they had mixed up my paperwork and responded very rudely. I reported them to my insurance company because the service was completely unacceptable.
When they returned my car, I put my windows down and could no longer put them back up, and pie... view moreces were missing from the door handle. After some lame excuses and more time without my car, it was fixed.
You`ve been warned.

If you can avoid this shop, do so!
These shop personnel are extremely forgetful, they end up calling the wrong customers with vehicle information for someone else. My vehicle was returned to me with a loose bracket under the passenger side and bolts missing after two months of work! The shop personnel were very unfriendly when I had to consistently call to find out why a fairly new vehicle took so long for minimal repair. They suggested that I bring m... view morey vehicle back for any repairs they overlooked- NO THANK YOU.
