Vic?ˆ™s approach to his business (customers & employees) was every bit as high in the best tradition of IBM. For the last 23 years, Jim M (who started working for Vic) has owned & operated the business, while sustaining it`s high quality reputation & very loyal customer base. All my vehicles have been meticulously maintained. Jim & his staff are honest to a fault & have keep up with the accelerating changes in technology, maintain their expertise and quality work. Emergencies are never an issue. Jim`s customers are accommodated. At times, there are instances where Jim advised me to use the dealer service department. His honesty is beyond reproach. Jim & his staff meet my highest standard as consummate professionals.

poor service

Vic refused to provide service on my car when I brought him a genuine Infiniti part. In In addition, he was rude.
