A few years back i brought my car in for body work and the manager agreed to install new fenders on my classic chevy. They billed me for the work but never replaced the fenders as agreed and when Sean McGuire was confronted with this he told me Tough S@#$. I will never do business with them ever again, and this is after buying a number of new & used cars from this dealer!

can i give them zero stars? I purchased a used minivan from them. I understand it is "as-is", but the van had numerous hidden problems. Of the few things I noticed; the sunroof was shattered and the air-bag sensor is flashing, they gave me a credit to fix the glass. The salesman was nice enough to bring it to Boonton Tire for inspection, which came back OK. The biggest problem was that only after a day o... view moref driving it, and only after the car was hot (i.e. driving for more than 30 minutes) the transmission clunks, slips, jumps gears. Another dealer AND an independent trans shop said same thing: the transmission needs to be replaced. $3500!!! After 1 day?!?!? They both agreed that it must have been know, even though Mcguire denies it. This dealership puts the sleeze in `sleezy used car salesman`. I would stay very far away from them. They refused to take it back, or even work with me to get it fixed. I am now stuck with a piece of crap car. Mcguire is a poor excuse for a dealership. Run, don`t walk away from them. Find any other dealer to get a car from. They cannot be trusted.
