They were not interested in our business

My husband wanted to suprise me with a new Toyota. He walked into Dayton Toyota, ready to trade in his "clunker" to get me the car I wanted. My husband was in the dealership for more than 30 minutes, looking at the 4-runners, and not one sales person approaced him. They looked at him though, but no one walked up to him and asked if they could be of assistance. There was one sales person outside talking v... view moreery loudly on his cell phone about his girlfriend. My husband waited outside to see if he would be acknowledged by the loud talking sales person, but he too paid him no attention. My husband just left, and went to another Toyata dealer... He just figured they weren`t interested in his business. Wonder why????
