NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

ths shop was recommended by my insurance company and was and still very disappointed. i own a bentley and i was lied to about flower hill being an authorized bentley shop, THEY ARE NOT! their shop is dark, dirty and dingy. the repair of my vehicle was inferior, paint job was horrible, my car was not cleaned properly when they returned it. i had to take my car back to the my local bentley dealer for them to correct th... view moree mess that flower hill did! i would NOT recommend this body shop!

THERE IS SIMPLY NO BETTER SHOP.

CAR NUTS DON`T GET ANY MORE FUSSY THAN ME AND I WONT CONSIDER ANY OTHER BODY SHOP THAN FLOWER HILL. FROM MY FERRARI TO MY H1 TO MY LOTUS ESPRIT TO MY SRT8 JEEP THEIR WORK HAS BEEN PERFECTION. The most porfessional, accomodating Auto Body company

I took my 2009 Cadillac to Flower Hill Auto Body after scraping it on a the rear quarter panel right near the tire on a pole. I also needed to have the passenger side front end aligned with the pins to hold in place . I was met with a manner of immediate curiosity and assistance . They took my car immediately drove it into the shop and began buffing out the scratches and then aligning the front end in place at conne... view morecting it to the pins . I sat in the sun ion the yard at Flower Hill and 20 minutes later ""VOILA"" it was done . I asked for the bill so I could pay them and to my surprise they would not take payment they gave me the work on the house . The work was done very well the scratches are done and the front end pins are attached the way the other body shop I took it to should have done it. I was so pleased . If I need any body work on my car ever I will take it to them . Way to go Flower Hill and Thanks from the bottom of my heart Your company is a real old fashioned American business and I am thriled that there is still one out there !

Diligent and Compassionate Repair Crew

Woke up and someone had crushed in the back of my 2 month old Audi A5. Decided I would bring it to the best place I could think of and that took me to Flower Hill. They were understanding of my concerns and did a great job reconstructing the rear end for me. Great work & very professional

When I had an accident with my new Lexus I was devestated.Jack, John & Roz made a difficult experiance painless.They had a rental car waiting,they called in my insurance claim and had me back normal in less than an hour.About 10 days latter I picked up my car it was perfect, just like new again.The attension to detail in their work is remarkable and difficult to find in today`s world. Above and Beyond!!!

My experience was totally unexpected and incredibly appreciated.I told John my embarrassing story of hitting a cone on the Whitestone bridge, while driving home late one night. I damaged my brand new car door. I stopped by and John greeted me, I told him what happened and with a smile he said, "get a cup of coffee, while I take care of this". I returned in 20 minutes to my car looking brand new! "What ... view moredo I owe you?" Nothing! This is the kind of person I want to do all of my business with! I would have paid whatever he asked, but instead, he made me a customer for life! If you don`t go to his shop, you`re crazy! The professional work was amazing and delivered on time.
