Poor sales service

Finally found the car and wanted to buy. Car was still under warranty. I asked and was promised that a fairly minor issue would be addressed prior to delivery. Day of deluvery got run around never addressed. I oerson said parts ordered to fix manager said. Could not find problem! Then computer said 800 miles till service when inquired they reset computer without addressing anything! So niw what? Did car need serv... view moreice, guess we never know. Excellent Service

I recently purchased a 2007 525i from Circle BMW in Eatontown, NJ. I have purchased several other high performance vehicles from area dealerships for years and have never had such a pleasant experience than with the folks at Circle. Circle BMW Dealership Review - Great experience with my 2007 X5

I just leased a 2007 BMW X5 from Circle BMW and I am very happy with the car and the experience at the Circle BMW dealership. The staff was friendly and professional. Brian Valentine, their delivery guy, took a great deal of time to go over the car with me. Very Rude People

The sales people at this place are just rude. They make snide remarks and are very condescending. I would pay whatever it is to get a Benz instead of working with this sales team.
