I had a very disappointing experience with Beyer Chrysler.
I went in to look at a Jeep Grand Cherokee and saw one my wife and I were interested in. Long story short.... it was late on Saturday afternoon 9/7/13 and the salesman Mike P asked us for a down payment to hold the car until Monday. I questioned why that was so important and he told me that vehicles are sold very quickly and he could not guar... view moreantee it would be here if we came back. In my pour judgment, I trusted him since he said and wrote on the receipt the $519.00 was FULLY REFUNDABLE based on our final decision.
Unfortunately, we had a loss in our family and I contacted the salesman on Sunday via email to say that we cannot entertain the idea of a car at this time. In addition, my wife had changed her mind due to the color and the size of the engine. Mike P. said he would refund the $519.00 on Monday morning. A superior of his called me on Monday to confirm and he said the refund will be issued that same day, 9/9/13.
It is now 9/20/13, and Beyer Chrysler has not returned my calls or my emails.
There has NOT been a credit issued to my credit card as of this morning & I had to file a claim with my credit card company and the Better Business Bureau to fight these charges.
To say the very least, I am extremely disappointed and angry with the lack of honesty and deception form this dealership.

Juan was excellent, he asisted and listened to our needs. The managers never spoke to us even after we purchased the vehicle. THe gentleman who completed the lojack purchase was also professional and explained in detail all items
