They will treat you like crap, break stuff in your car and expect you to pay for it

Never go here... 1. exhaust job that needed further repair and they could not find record of the job so I had to pay to have their mistakes fixed... 2. Had brakes done and then got into a car accident where brakes failed one week later - even though we brought the car back before the accident they said that it passed their road test... 3. husband got tire rotation and oil change - got a flat and could not get the ... view moretire off because they installed tire wrong rethreading the lug nuts... They have not taken responsibility for any of these things... and even denied doing the exhaust work saying it was not in the system... ironically this place has had so much management overturn that they called me back after I told them that I would not be returning saying oh we found the exhaust job - I can print out the invoice... funny they couldn`t find it when the work was being questioned... just goes to show absolute crooks! Beware!

Complete B.S. Shop

I used to take my car here often a couple years ago and they did good work at reasonable prices. Then, i took my Jeep Cherokee to them because the blinkers stopped working. After about 5 hours of waiting, I was told that the flasher relay had to be replaced, and that this was something ""very complicated"" and would cost $450. I declined the repair, so they charged me $50 for diagnostics. I did some research online, ... view moreand found the relay for $12 at Advanced Auto. Then I Youtube-ed how to change the flasher relay. I was shocked to see how simple it was! No joke, remove 3 screws, take th old relay out and put the new one in. This took me, AT MOST, 10 minutes to do. So I saved myself $438. Either these guys are total idiots, jerks, or both. They figured this to be about a 3.5 hour job on something that took me 10 minutes with very basic mechanical experience. I will never, ever go here again or recommend this place to anyone. The sad thing is, this used to be a good place.
