Great service

Very professional company. I needed my car be towed to Woodbridge, Va. (44.7 mile trip) by 10am and they arrived at my house on time and had my car there with no incident an hour earlier. I would recommend them.

Great Tow Company!!!

Great tow company! Jimmy was professional, he arrived in under an hour and the cost was reasonable. Jimmy was very knowledgeable and took great care of my car. I was VERY pleased with their service and would recommend them any day!!!

I`ve been going to them for years.. maybe even decades. I have always gotten fair service and been treated well. The only part that isn`t great is that they aren`t very good at calling when your car is done. I tend to wait on my car there.

i need roadside and my insurence company sent out ultra towing and the guy that come out was Dean and he was very nice no issue at yall ...he even call when he was 5 mins away and waiting until i got there to touch my car most tow guys would have not waited ..Dean was a very nice from start to finish . i will call them for a tow any time

I would never refer this towin...

I would never refer this towing company to any one. I had a older man come pick-up my vehicle. He was very rude from the start. He did not show a bit of professionalism. Dealing with him he provided no good customer service. If you need a tow and would like to have polite service in a bad situation, do not use this company.

The staff is professional and ...

The staff is professional and helpful. They are quick and efficient. I always take my vehicles to them. I can trust them. Their prices are fair and they use dealer parts if they can get them. My husband is a mechanical engineer and usually fixes our cars himself. If he has any trouble, we take the vehicle to Waldorf Auto Service Center. I refer everyone to them.

This company is the best!! Everyone I talked to for information was very nice. The guy who towed me was very nice and polite. Jimmy Lee is a great tow truck driver for this company. I would highly recommend this company
