My vehicle wouldn`t start no matter what I tried so I had it towed to Top Tech. They fixed it fast and had me on the road much sooner than expected. Great service!

They lied and charged me for services they didn`t complete. They charged me $2500 for the work. It took them 14 days to complete a valve job, oil leak repair and transmission leak repair and they cracked my manifold in the process. They asked me to come back so they could check the work a month after they did the work. They said everything looked good. I brought it to another shop to have the manifold replaced ... view moredue to the extensive time it took them to complete the original work. The second shop found that t he head was leaking and the oil pan was leaking. When they pulled the head off the gasket was put on upside down, 10 of the 12 valves are leaking, the head was not machined correctly and is not sitting correctly on the block. I called top tech and he said well that just to bad and they were not going to refund any of the money because I should have brought it back to them. I let him know that I am filing a complaint with the department of justice, AAA and file in small claims court. He said well keep the pictures you took of the work you will need them in court.

Run, the owners darin shaw is a thief. I took my car in for a few simple repairs, they quoted me 400.00, then they started replacing all sorts of parts without my permission and the tried to bill me over 1200.00 for work I didnt authorize. Employees are nice though. bob smith lincoln is a few blocks down and they are alot cheaper and have muxh better service

I was making a lengthy cross country trip and realized I had sever tire damage. I do not live in Billings (which is where I was when I realized the problem), and had no clue where to bring my car. AAA recommended Top Tech and so trusting them I went there right away. The manager was great, gave me an amazing deal and got me back on the road in no time. These people have gone above and beyond for me. I remember one time I was gone, my neighbor called me saying my other car`s alarm was going off. I got a hold of Melissa and she went over right away and got it to stop... and it was dinner time!!! Darin and his team take such good care of my 1993 Mercury!

I took my vehicle in and was given an estimate, then when I went to pick it up they billed me over 5 times as much. I payed it and then they said I couldnt take my vehicle yet. And still refuses to release my vehicle. Avoid at all cost!
