Dropped my car off first thing...
Dropped my car off first thing in the morning for estimate on repairs. I called the following day around noon because I hadn`t heard anything from them. They said I could pick up the car and the estimate would be ready. Picked up the car and the estimate wasn`t ready. They said they`d put the estimate in the mail the next day... In the end it took a FULL week to get an estimate (an honor we paid $85 for) and only aft... view moreer I followed up and kept asking about it. The woman who we dealth with was pleasant but very odd. Difficult to communicate with, very disorganised, and left us with a feeling that we should not trust her or anyone else there with our vehicle.
