After taking my 2008 Mercedes ...

After taking my 2008 Mercedes to Metric Wrench for and Oil change and a Mercedes B5 service (check car over and change and fill all liquids) After picking my car up I proceed to Bozeman and about and hour into the trip I smelt a burning smell (Figured it was just spilt oil) called and asked but they where closed so I came in the next week when I was back and they just said they didn`t know what it was. Was told to ju... view morest keep and eye on it. Well next thing I know is my power steering burns up in my car, go and look and the power steering oil is below the LOW Level on the dip stick. Bring my car back and ask why would my power steering oil not have been filled, (on the check off sheet I had gotten back from the service) He tried to explain it was still enough in there to do its job, or it could have leaked out. Took it to TWO different shops both said there was no leak, and it was low enough to burn the motor up. On top of paying over two-hundred dollars for and oil change, I have to turn around and spend another 800 on a power steering unit for my car due to their mistake! The owner pretty much told me to PROVE IT! When I tried to talk to him about it he was rude about it and would interrupt me every time I would try to talk to him. I would be very Careful of this place!!!! might cost a little less due to they like to save money by not filling your fluids up during oil changes and services!
