I made a mistake. I just bought my first new car in 25 years. Signed the papers in the dark and drove away in a dirty new car. (They promised a wash if I brought it in) The next nice day I washed the car myself only to find a ?ˆ?swirl?ˆ? in the paint on the front bumper. It looks like a series of round shapes. You can only see it if you look in sunshine and from an angle but then becomes very noticeable. I called the d... view moreealership and wanted it repaired as the car is only a few days old and had only 72 miles. I was advised that I had taken possession and the damage was now my responsibility. I am very disappointed. The Denny Menholt staff was very kind during the sale but turned to stone after the deal. I tolerated the Bait and Switch with the financing, I half expected that, but this is just wrong. Lesson learned?ˆ¦do not trust them and carefully examine the car before you take possession. I now notice a whistle from the front window on the highway. I wonder how much this new car is going to cost me in repairs. I think I will call the dealership in Laurel and ask if they can help.
