As a consumer and a small business owner I can not tolerate being lied too, especially twice. I called and received a quote from them and expected to receive that price, unless there were any unforeseen problems. They called and and told me my vehicle was ready and I asked them if there were any additional charges above what they quoted me. The lady said everything went great and there were no additional charges, W... view morehen I went to pickup my vehicle they had charged me an extra $30 for a gallon of anti-freeze (the anti-freeze was included in the original quote). You can buy an expensive gallon of anti-freeze from any gas station for $12. Its not the extra 11% they charged me that bothers me. The problem is they lied to me twice about the price.
