Awful

I was very unhappy at this Big O. I got there and my car required some work to be done that was going to take what they told me would be 2 hours. This was at 11 am. The staff was very friendly and even offered me a ride to where ever I needed to go so I wouldn`t have to wait. I said no thank you because I had a ride coming. I was there for around 45 minutes waiting for my ride and they started to work on my car ... view moreimmediately. As I was there a lot of people started to show up for work on their cars. My ride picked me up and we hung out and went back 2 hours later (roughly 3 hours after I dropped it off). I noticed my car sitting outside and assumed it was finished. They were supposed to call me, but maybe they forgot. I went in and asked if my car was finished and the guy looked sheepish and said that no it wasn`t. He said they stopped working on it to work on some other cars. I was appalled. My 2 hour wait turned into 7 hours so they could work on other vehicles that showed up after mine. I lost work because of them and would not recommend them to anyone. Who`s to say your car is important enough to go first? They were trying to crunch numbers it seemed like to me and get as many people as they could instead of satisfying one.
