I was passing through on a long road trip and my car broke down. I was towed to this shop, and they were excellent! Very reasonable prices, were very informative on what they were doing and they stayed late trying to squeeze me in so I could get back onto the road. I would highly recommend this auto repair shop :)

When your Porsche, BMW, or Mercedes is brand new, please, go take it to the dealer to get it worked on but, once it`s out of warranty, take it to United Car Care. They do excellent work for a fair price and work on all kinds of import cars. Over the past ten years they have worked on my Ferrari 308, my BMW, my specialty Beck 550, my Alfa Romeo, and my current Porsche Boxster. When you take your car to the dealer... view more they will often charge you for 3 hours of work even though their mechanic only spent 15 minutes on the car. If you complain they will tell you that `there is a fixed rate for that repair`. At least at United Car Care if they spend 3 hours on your car, it means they actually did 3 hours of work. Highly recommended!

I`ve been bringing my vehicles here for years and love the service. The people are very knowledgeable and professional and go the extra mile to make sure in satisfied. If my son was old enough to work, I`d send him here to learn a strong work ethic.

We just moved here and had two vehicles inspected, tested, and repaired. We felt that the prices were fair and upfront, and they gave us a first-time-customer discount as a "welcome," which was nice. There were no surprises in our communication with them about what needed doing, and how much it would cost. Plus, they were able to get both cars into the shop immediately. DO not go to these guys

first they thought I was a young kid so it was ok for them to rip me off , also inconsiderate and over priced, wanted to charge me $120 dollars for a battery, one worker asked me to give him the title for my vehicle plus $65 to take it off my hands so he could give it to his kid! then when i paid $516 dollars for 60 days of storage I saw that my vehicle was missing several items one of which was a two hundred dollar... view more tow package.plus the work to my vehicle was never done and my battery was no longer existent!

Friendly service and mechanics you can trust.

It was close to closing time when I pulled in with no appointment and a steering issue on my truck. They took me right in, quickly found the problem, repaired it and got me on the road safe again at a price I could afford.

If my Wife or Daughters have any car problems they will be going to United Car Care Center where I know they would be treated with respect and honesty.
