They are rude, lying, fake-Christian wanna be devils!! I hope that they get a dose of their own medicine very soon. If people treated them the way that they treat customers AFTER the sale then they would be out of business. I have purchased a few automob...

I have purchased a few automobiles from this dealership over the past decade. I continue to do business with them because of their staff. The salespeople know how to be professional when needed, and they know how to joke around when appropriate. I enjoy the atmosphere within the dealership. I bought the automobile in January 2011. I was not planning on even looking at automobiles that day, but something on the lot caught my eye and I decided to swing in for a closer look. I purchased the new Journey with assistance from my new favorite salesman, Tom Wilson. I really enjoyed working with Tom and the other employees at the dealership. In May of 2011, I had to return to the dealership for a re-coat of the windshield protection I had purchased back in January. The guy who does the detailing, Chris (I don`t know his last name), took my Journey back to his shop and returned a short time later. He had come to tell me "I cant let you leave here with a clean windshield and a dirty car. Is it okay if I go ahead and wash it while I have it?". Of course, I agreed, and I left the dealership twenty minutes later with the car looking like new. I am very pleased with both the service during and after the sale. The employees at Barreth are down-to-Earth and easy to work with. I highly recommend this business!

Rip off artists at their finest

I bought a car in 2009 from this business. They offer a buy back program so I went to check it out. They offered me less than 1/2 of what I paid for it. I took it because I am not a haggler and didn`t want the hassle. The sales manager was nothing short of an arrogant jerk to me. They tried to make it look like they were taking a loss and doing me a favor because it needed new tires and then made up a mechanical ma... view morelfunction I know wasn`t there to rip me off. They slapped some new tires on it (at least I hope so for whoever buys it sake) and then jacked the price up $3500 from what they gave me. They tried telling me some single mom with kids was needing a good deal so because of the low price they gave me they were going to be able to help her out. Well, this was obviously a lie due to the their asking price for it now. My mom has also been ripped off by them on mechanical issues but is too sweet and trusting to realize. I highly recommend never doing business with them. They are typical dishonest sales people who may be able to play nice better than others but are still conartists 100%. As for the other review written by Brian, I am sure he is an employee. To write such a glowing review and then go off on other companies by name makes that quite obvious. This is the stock # of the car they bought from me for $2500.00 and then are trying to sell for almost $6000.00.....2004 Chevrolet Impala LS 4 Door Sedan Color: Sandstone Metallic Stock ID: P3916. Best Car Dealership

I recently requested information on a 2008 Dodge Advenger SXT from 3 Dodge Dealerships online. I was simply looking for a effortless experience without some Carlot Romeo trying to be something he isn`t. Barreth Chrysler was the first one to respond and I might add with a price with options on rebates and financing rates. Not only did they get me the car I wanted, but I did not have to play any games to get that car.

Royal Gate was $500, higher and did not respond until 2 days later. Don Flier never responded. Royal Gates salesperson was pushy, rude and was more interested in what I looked like than what I wanted.
I purchased my Advenger and I was nothing but impressed with Lee and Byron. I was amazed at the attention to detail before, during and after the sale.
If you want a car......See Byron or Lee at Barreth. They play no games and they are great people.
