Very rude

The lady on the phone was rude. She was almost mad that I would dare call her. She needs to be taught how to treat paying customers. Would not recommend strictly because this woman is rude both times my company has used this service.

Horrible

The service on the phone was horrible. My 17 yr old daughter locked her keys in her car at otc and they would not come out when I did not know the adress of the building she was at. I just called another company and went on with my money!

Nice not to be Stuck

I was pleasantly suprised by cost...was expecting more...Not that I`m authorizing a price increase, but it was nice to not be "stuck" when in a jam. Thanks...I`d use your services again.

What a Blessing

Thank you so much for coming to my rescue! My grandmother accidently locked my dog and my three month old baby in the car while I ran in Hobby Lobby. After I called 911, the police called your business. Your employee arrived within 20 minutes and didn`t charge us for his services. What a blessing. I can`t thank you enought! I will make sure to tell everyone to use Pop-A-Lock in the future. Thank you.

Bad Service
