Randy`s the best! You can tell he really cares about cars and his customers. I never felt like I was being talked down to or pressured to spend more than what my car needed. Fast, Honest Service

Friendly and Honest service. We have taken our 2005 GMC Sierra to A2Z Automotive on three seperate occasions. They have replaced the instrument panel (the first part received was defective, they immediately ordered a new one and stayed late one night to replace it). They diagnosed a problem with the transfer case that had the dealer stumped for months and replaced a switch the same day. Most recently, the air con... view moreditioning decided to suddenly quit and they replaced the compressor the day after I took it in. They have been fast and friendly. Their communication is clear and their quotes have always come in under the dealer.

Amazing Customer Service

This is a family owned auto shop that has amazing customer service. I only have one vehicle and whenever I called to make an appointment Randy offered to loan me a vehicle while mine was being fixed. Then when he was working on my van he found another issue that needed to be fixed. I explained to him I could only pay part and he allowed me to post date a check for the remainder.
